While the Melony pump delivers when it comes to expressing breastmilk, I have found the customer service has been lacking. I followed the directions of cleaning and used a steriliser but discovered that it caused cracks in the collection containers. When I asked about warranty and replacement I was given short answers with links to purchase new parts with no other explanation.

The consistency of these pumps are horrible. I've given them such a long trial period, I've reached the point where I can't give them a grace period any longer.
Almost every single time I pump with these pumps I need to fiddle with the parts consistently before my nipple is drawn in. It's not convenient and can be time consuming.
The additional flange inserts and parts being included is such an amazing option and really added as to why I purchased these pumps. Just a shame that the pumps are so fiddly.

Highly recommend. I had been using the Medela swing, but returning to work wanted something that was more portable and discreet. The melony has been perfect - easy to use, quiet and not at all noticeable. The suction is also great, so no compromises there! Really reasonable price point for a wearable breast pump too compared to others I was looking at. Glad I tried Melony first.

Used this pump to get colostrum in the early days, and has helped me a lot since my milk came in. Easy to use and clean. It's really intuitive so you just push the button and go.

Hi everyone, I purchased the Melony Pump through the Baby Bunting website. It just arrived today and I was so excited to use it. I cleaned it and tried it out straight away and it is amazing. I have a problem getting enough milk on one side and one of my breast is bigger then the other because of that so I’m going to continue using is and hopefully it will help produce more on the smaller breast! The different modes and all good and feels comfortable, the parts are easy to put together and apart. I am always too busy to pump before I leave the house so this will make it so much easier I can pump while I’m getting me and baby ready and even in the car. I really recommend this pump and the packaging look so nice and professional.🤩❤️ Only thing is I wish it had a travel case for it.
